What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters come with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises feature premium non-alcoholic beverages and canapés, while corporate charters provide conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks early helps secure better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety comes first. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will offer to reschedule your charter to the next available date or provide a full refund. We monitor weather closely and will reach out 24 hours before departure if conditions look doubtful.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks. We also offer excellent catering services and can tailor menus to your preferences. Please note that glass containers are not allowed on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to accommodate all guests. Some vessels have better accessibility features than others. Please contact us when booking to discuss specific needs, and we will recommend the most suitable yacht and arrange any necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
